Refund Policy — Vida Bonita Spa

 

At Vida Bonita Spa, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with the following refund policy:

  1. Cancellations in advance
    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit or payment made.
  2. Late cancellations or no-shows
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.
    • In the event of a no-show, the payment or deposit will not be refunded.
  3. Late arrivals
    • If the guest arrives late, the service time will be reduced to respect the schedule of other guests.
    • No refunds will be given for time lost due to late arrivals.
  4. Rescheduling
    • Appointments can be rescheduled at no cost if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  5. Unsatisfactory services
    • If the guest is not satisfied with the service, they must inform the manager before leaving the spa so we can evaluate the situation and offer a solution.
    • No refunds will be given for concerns reported after leaving the premises.
  6. Special cases
    • Refunds or changes outside of this policy will only be considered in cases of force majeure and must be evaluated by management.
