1. Aceptación de los términos

Al reservar o utilizar los servicios de Vida Bonita Spa, usted acepta estos Términos de Servicio y nuestra Política de Privacidad.

2. Servicios

  • Ofrecemos servicios de spa, masajes, tratamientos corporales y faciales, de acuerdo con nuestra disponibilidad y lista de precios vigente.

  • Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar o interrumpir cualquier servicio en cualquier momento, notificando previamente a los clientes con cita agendada.

3. Reservas y pagos

  • Para confirmar una cita, se podrá solicitar un depósito o el pago total, según el tipo de servicio.

  • Los pagos pueden realizarse en efectivo, tarjeta de crédito/débito o plataformas de pago autorizadas.

  • Las reservas están sujetas a disponibilidad.

4. Cancelaciones y reembolsos

  • Las cancelaciones deben realizarse con al menos 24 horas de anticipación para recibir un reembolso total del depósito.

  • Cancelaciones tardías o inasistencias no son reembolsables.

5. Llegadas tarde

  • Si llega tarde, su tiempo de servicio podrá reducirse para respetar la agenda de otros clientes. No habrá reembolso por tiempo perdido.

6. Condiciones de salud y seguridad

  • Es responsabilidad del cliente informar sobre cualquier condición médica, alergia o embarazo antes de iniciar el servicio.

  • Vida Bonita Spa no se hace responsable por daños o reacciones adversas si no se ha informado previamente de estas condiciones.

7. Conducta del cliente

  • Se espera un comportamiento respetuoso hacia nuestro personal y otros clientes.

  • Nos reservamos el derecho de negar el servicio a cualquier persona que incumpla estas normas.

8. Limitación de responsabilidad

  • Vida Bonita Spa no se hace responsable por pertenencias personales perdidas o dañadas.

  • Los servicios se brindan para bienestar y relajación, y no sustituyen tratamientos médicos profesionales.

4. Cancellations and refunds

  • Vida Bonita Spa is not responsible for any harm or adverse reactions if such conditions are not disclosed.

7. Client conduct

  • Respectful behavior towards our staff and other guests is expected at all times.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to comply with these rules.

  • Vida Bonita Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

  • Our services are for relaxation and wellness purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical treatment.
